January 2, 2015 - New Years resolutions are fresh in everyone's minds this time of year, and certainly reflected in the increased number of interest forms Nashville Rowing has received after January 1st. Masters rower and member of Nashville Rowing, Lisa Delaney, visited The Today Show to talk about her New Years resolution. Five years ago on New Years Day, Lisa contacted Nashville Rowing to join the Masters team. Since joining the program, she has had the chance to compete at Masters Nationals, and the Head of the Charles, which is the biggest international regatta in the world. The Nashville Rowing family was certainly excited and proud to see ones of its own on National Television!
