Winter
Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – sweep and scull rowing
Don’t be late!
Open Rows are opportunities for those of all skills levels to row with the club. These rows are intended for novices who have just completed a Learn2Row class as well as for more experienced rowers who want to get in more practice. During these sessions rowers usually go out in an 8+ (with a coxswain) and do drills as well as get some instruction on their strokes. It’s a great opportunity to brush up your stroke, meet other members, and just have fun.
Non-members with previous rowing experience
If you are a rower with previous rowing experience and looking for a place to row, NRC is for you! You are welcome to come out for 4 open rows to check us out, meet some of our members and see what the club is all about. After participating in 4 open rows, a membership fee must be paid to continue rowing. Please see the Membership Policy under the Members link for more information about the fees and membership.
